excellent snack when you visit a cricket farm in Vietnam, nice and crunchy, fried in a spicy sauce with tender legs stuck in your teeth. Truly a vegetarian's delight (crickets only eat leaves and corn flour).

it is hard to eat the first one, but then it goes down easy. About $20/kg.
